Well here goes....

I am pleased to say that I have worked out an exercise routine for myself. I have an idea now how many reps I can start with and then finish it all off with about 15 minutes on the bike. I am ready to start!!! I will tell you about some of this routine as time goes on. I am just most happy to say that I am still seeing improvement in my mobility and motions I can do. I can stand on one leg flamingo style and then switch to the other. I am also happy to say that some of the exercises I can use are the good ol' standbys we did in PE such as windmills, stretches and jumping jacks.
