Please if you sign in to take a look, go to the beginning. This has been a process where I tried to lay a background to the story before I came to what I hope to do now. Each entry is not a separate topic.
I have attended a couple free classes and got more ideas online for exercises that will help me with balance, and I have purchased a bike (stationary) so I can do my exercise indoors and privately. And yes I have two pairs of skates. One for outside and one for indoors.
Now to start, I need to work out a routine for getting some activity in each morning, drop some weight and get started. I also have to come up with a place to skate.
